Poly spandex; Size large fits me and I usually wear XL/XXL (XXXL in a select few things). It is stretchy and also a true wrap dress - opens completely and is closed by the tie that you wrap it with. Better for not super huge cleavage (I'm a C-cup and I manage to stay in, but if you are a super modest C-cup, this mught be a bit too daring for you. Hits me around the knees.
